Return Policy


Nothing is more important than your COMPLETE, 100% satisfaction at Eyeweb and so we guarantee the quality of our eyeglasses!  If you are not happy with your glasses, contact us for a refund, adjustment or exchange. Customers are eligible for a refund within 14 business days AFTER you receive your eyewear and an exchange within 30 days (Unless there is a prescription change). Here are the steps for refunds, adjustments or exchanges:

1. Login to your account, click ORDERS and RETURN.

2. Complete the form and you will receive an Authorization Return Email by email.

3. Mail your glasses back to us using our pre-paid shipping label.

4. After we receive your return frames, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or we will begin fabrication of your replacement order.

Additional terms: Shipping and handling costs are not be refundable. A restocking fee of $25 applies on progressive and bifocal lenses.

Returns within 14 Days - No Questions Asked
You can return your eyewear for a refund for any reason during the 14 days after you receive your order.  PRESCRIPTION LENSES:  We guarantee that your lenses will be fabricated EXACTLY to your prescription.  However, we are not responsible for lenses that are made with faulty prescription data and will not refund lenses that are fabricated with an incorrect prescription.    

Frame Warranty
All frames have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damaged Eyeglasses Replacement
If your eyewear is damaged within the first year, we will apply 50% of what you paid for your original order toward a replacement order.
